As of latest version of MSCP PRO + 4.2.1 issue has since been corrected. Multiple users can now access AutoDJ simultaneously via web the VNC.
423 Locked The resource that is being accessed is locked.
Sam Broadcaster and Radio Boss make use of a VNC to connect. This VNC allows Windows based software to be run on Linux servers.
If you see this red error message when attempting to connect to Sam Broadcaster or Radio Boss, this simply means someone else is already connected to your panel.
For example, if you request us to make a change or adjust a playlist for you and get this error at the same time we are performing the work. Just wait until the other party has closed the panel and try again.
