This means you are trying to access a radio that you have not yet created -- you need to switch to your reseller panel and set a radio up first. In your cPanel, near the bottom, look for "WHM Web Host Manager"

Once on the WHM page, in the left menu at the very bottom you'll see the WHMSonic ADMIN Pro Link
