All Website Hosting is now on cPanel and includes their new Site builder, Word press tool kit, POP3 Email, FTP, The Works!
UPDATE 7/6/24 We still haven't received an explanation of what happened with the London datacenter. We were also forced to move a couple other servers last week but in the end all worked out. They did also end up fixing their payments, the One Cloud network is great, connections fast, but their communication with their customers needs a lot of work. It seems when events happen they like to run and hide.
Meanwhile on the Linode network, we have not had to open a trouble ticket in years.
(UNRELATED) We will be removing the CWP Web Server which is not doing well either and moving all sites to the cPanel server which we added more resources to last night to support the extra websites. cPanel is a lot more expensive vs the other panels, but it is fully supported and we are able to easily move sites around and restore backups a lot easier.
